The WV-02 portal first appears in the Spectre.

 

The portal was unearthed at an archaeological site where Pandants were also produced. Compared to the first portal, WV-02, this one, as seen in the archival video,

leads to a strange, more obscure place overgrown with trees.

 

It is not known what the purposeful place depends on, but it can be assumed that it has to do with the symbols on the portal Below is a comparison of WV-02 and WV-01
