While Alan and the other Walkers broke into one of Red Nexus' bases, Walker #62321 was working on the security of the modern Walker Network and the Walker Database in his secret bunker when he heard a noise and his sensors detected the movement of Red Nexus soldiers.
Walker managed to escape through a back corridor with the equipment he needed, but he had to flee the country as Red Nexus already had influence in the country.
